The Queens Federation of Churches takes pleasure in recognizing persons who have provided faithful service through the Church of Jesus Christ our Lord. The ministry of the Church is served in local community where God's children live and work and pray. The Federation invites pastors to nominate an individual within the local congregation who, serving in a volunteer capacity, has been a model of the faithful servant each of us is called to be.
The Citation for Faithful Service is presented in October at an awards luncheon which celebrates the strength that we have because of the rich diversity that God has given to us. Nominations from pastors must be submitted by September 15.
